3.2 Vendors must not upload any content that violates intellectual property rights, laws, or Foxient policies.
3.3 Vendors grant Foxient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute content on the platform.
3.4 Vendors are responsible for accurately describing their content and setting fair pricing if applicable.
4.1 Buyers must comply with all applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of Vendors.
4.2 Digital content purchased or downloaded from Foxient is for personal or agreed-upon use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Vendor’s license.
4.3 Buyers must review content details, including license terms, before purchasing or downloading.
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.
Upload malicious or harmful software.
Circumvent payment systems or engage in fraudulent transactions.
Exploit the platform for unauthorized advertising or promotions.
6.1 Foxient may charge fees for transactions or services provided on the platform. Details of these fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
6.2 Vendors agree that Foxient may deduct service fees before disbursing earnings.
6.3 Buyers agree to pay all applicable charges for purchases and downloads.
7.1 Vendors retain ownership of their content. Foxient does not claim ownership but reserves the right to display and promote content.
7.2 Buyers are granted a license to use purchased or downloaded content as specified by the Vendor’s license terms.
7.3 Foxient reserves the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property laws or these Terms of Use.
8.1 Foxient provides the platform “as-is” and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of content.
8.2 Vendors and Buyers assume all risks associated with using the platform.
8.3 Foxient is not liable for disputes between Vendors and Buyers, including but not limited to issues regarding content, payments, or licenses.
9.1 Foxient reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
9.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding obligations must be resolved prior to termination.
